Is this a Blog?

Is this column a blog? Well, not exactly. It is a series of presentations. Some will be more or less traditional blog entries (such as this). Others will be highly topical. Some will be miniature white papers, some will be more open-ended discussions of ideas, concepts, etc. related to testing and assessment or to education in general. Some will be just questions in search of reactions. I might even set up some strawmen for others to knock down. We’ll just see how this space develops. I will try to put material into it on a regular basis. I welcome your comments and suggestions, please comment.
